Midjourney V8.2
Midjourney V8.2 vendor release, editing changes and availability through this API.
API access is not confirmed here
This model is not listed in the catalog retrieved for this page. A developer announcement or provider preview does not confirm access through API Stock. An integration date and request price have not been published here.
What the sources establish
Midjourney's version documentation records V8.2 as the default from July 24, 2026 and describes an updated Edit Model. A release in Midjourney's own product does not establish an integration through this site.
Prepare a useful comparison
Prepare a style reference and a portrait that needs a background replacement. Compare reference handling and edit boundaries rather than transferring settings from an older Midjourney version.
What to verify before switching
- Authorized integration route and supported version.
- Edit Model support and reference compatibility.
- Output size, upscaling and actual request price.

API access questions
Can I call this model through this API?
Use only a model ID listed in the live catalog. This page's URL is an editorial identifier and is not an API model ID.
When will it be available here?
An integration date has not been announced. Check this page and the product updates; a vendor release date does not set our availability date.
Are these verified samples from the new model?
This page contains an evaluation brief, not generated samples or measured quality claims. Results and supported settings belong on the model page after access is verified.
